Liquidity Pool

A collection of funds locked in a smart contract that are used to facilitate decentralized trading, lending and other functions. Users called liquidity providers add an equal value of two tokens in a pool to create a market. In exchange for providing these funds, the liquidity providers earn trading fees from trades that occur in their pool.
